Ensure you have a registered Rugby ID number with Rugby AU, via the Rugby Xplorer App or web page. Once created you are good to register with the Spartans

Click - REGISTER on the options bar, and then select PLAY RUGBY - REGISTER TO A CLUB

Search for the SPARTANS VETERANS' RUGBY CLUB - We are the only ones so it should not be hard to find us!!

As you are registering as a player, you will need to firstly register for the insurance to play. Select the Role as TRAINING ONLY PARTICIPANT, Registration Type as XV's and the Duration as SEASON.

Continue with personnel details entry where required. On reaching the invoice page, check the name is correct for the Spartans, the initial sum of $30.60, acknowledge the terms and agreements and click pay $30.60

Once you have paid the insurance fee, return to the Rugby Xplorer App page in STEP 2. Repeat the process up to STEP 4

You will now need to complete the second part of the registration process. This is payment for club fees, and to receive your club polo shirt. Select the Role as SOCIAL MEMBER, Registration Type as XV's and the Duration as SEASON.

Select which national military (if listed) you served in.

Select which polo size and quantity you wish to obtian (min requirement is 1 polo)

On reaching the invoice page, check the name is correct for the Spartans, the next sum of $51.00, acknowledge the terms and agreements and click pay $51.00
